These are individually sold HiVis collars that twist on the neck of the Foam Bomber Float. As an alternative to the other original collar that holds a Match Stix LED light, these collars don't have any cavities to hold a LED light. These collars are a bit longer than the original allowing for excellent daytime visibility.
